The Barbeque!
Then we went and ate and celebrated. Some of our local friends joined us for the fun. My mom made a groundhog pinata, and the kids made us a cake with a tent and campfire on it. Everyone brought food.

The Ceremony!
Then we had a ceremony that turned out just perfect. Eric fetched the bouquet that I forgot to bring, Chuck played the banjo, Grandpa Thurston performed the ceremony, Larry and Beth and Tom and Nina said very very nice things, Carrie and Charlie gave us our rings, and Barney declared us married. Cinnamon and Lyle helped out, too.
Pre-Ceremony Setup
Saturday morning we all got cleaned up, put away the camping gear, then while Brian and I ran around getting ourselves ready, our families and friends got the BBQ and ceremony set up. Firing up the grills, setting up tables, bringing and organizing the food, cutting and arranging flowers, mixing up the lemonade and making the iced tea, moving and setting up all the chairs at the ceremony site, you name it, everyone made it happen. Then we all made the trek from the picnic pavilion through the fields to the ceremony site.
